The positive mental energy you create from the right type of training, the confidence boost and just that general feeling of being really well in your self is what drives us to stay active, continue participating and keep on moving in awesome ways.
Sometimes your conscious mind will not want to exercise and that’s quite understandable however the fact is YOU WILL feel better with the right structured exercise in your life
