  • If you want to try personal training we invite you to do a free initial consultation followed by an 1-2-1 Intro session.

    If you just want to do strength training we can get you booked in for either an initial 1-2-1 or straight into an appropriate small group session

    If you just want to do fitness classes we can get you booked in for a free trial class, thereafter bookings can be then made through our app

    Payment for semi private personal training and small group strength training is payable by subscription following your first session. Payment for fitness classes can be pay as you go or by subscription for 25% discount

    If you want just do strength training book a 1-2-1 intro session or book straight into a small group strength training session through our App

    If you want to book a MyZone fitness class we can book you can book a free trial session and you can book further classes through our App

    We do this through semi private personal training, nutrition and lifestyle support, body composition check ins, small group strength training and fitness classes

    We are established in Muswell Hill since 1996 and are a family run non chain local business

  • Absolutely. Our coaches are skilled at adapting exercises. Whether you’re dealing with an old knee injury or recovering from something new, we’ll tailor things so you can still train safely and effectively.

  • It’s perfectly normal to feel this way! But remember—most of the people at Fit Shape felt exactly the same when they started. And very quickly, they found that small group training  gave them a safe, friendly place to build confidence and enjoy moving again.

  • Sessions run every hour on the hour each day so you are bound to find times to suit your schedule

  • All of our members live within walking distance of our gym and prefer to use their own bathroom / changing facilities. We do have toilet facilities and coat / bag storage facilities.

  • Your free initial consultation offers an in-depth discussion about your health and fitness status and future goals. We’ll explore your aspirations and how we can support you in achieving them. We’re happy to provide advice and support, regardless of your decision to work with us. Your success and well-being are our priority.

  • Semi private personal training £30 includes small group training , nutrition support, weight loss, accountability, App access. real results.

    Small group strength training £25 for 45 min strength and toning session. Paid for by subscription.

    MyZone Fitness class £15 when paid by subscription and £20 for pay as you go single sessions

  • Not at Fit Shape, we pride ourselves on creating a non-intimidating, inclusive, welcoming space where everyone is encouraged and supported. We don’t have mirrors all over the place. We don’t have cliques. We do have a brilliant bunch of members who remember what it was like to start out—and will cheer you on from day one.

  • In our semi private and 121 personal training membership we offer results based goal orientated nutrition coaching which is a client centred non prescriptive approach to optimising self nourishment helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. We do not promote “diet industry” culture

  • Semi private personal training gives you the same programme detail, accountability and opportunities as traditional 1-2-1 training  at a fraction of the cost
