We measure where you are now with your fitness, strength, flexibility, body composition etc and present the findings on your Fit Shape MOT certificate
Your 121 MOT gives you the data to benchmark where you are now and consider meaningful health goals going forward
STEP 2
6 WEEK FOUNDATION
We have had members who have lost up to 8-9kg of fat, dropped 2 clothes sizes, boosted your fitness and toned up
Its an opportunity to put healthier habits in place that ensure long term wellbeing
