Once you have completed your 7 day trial you can apply for a membership that suits you.

Bronze membership : 1 session p/week : £35 p/week

Silver membership : 2 sessions p/week : £60 p/week

Gold membership : 3 sessions p/week : £75 p/week*

You can also start with some one to one personal training dependant on your individual circumstances
