WEEKLY RUN CLUB
Join us for an easy going jolly jog or push on for a running personal best. Meeting outside the gym and proceeding around a local route. Free coffee for all.
MYZONE CARDIO CONDITIONING CLASS
General cardio conditioning class. Using the rower, bike, Erg, assault bike, treadmill and body weight movements in a circuit format designed to boost your fitness
BIKEBOX CLASS
This mix of Spinning and Boxercise is sure to boost your energy. Low impact high energy bike work and fun non contact boxing moves.
