Fit Shape @ Home :

the  home version of the Fit Shape programme for 2026

General

You can do the programme we do at our gym in your own home through the Fit Shape App

The basic programme is 3 full body strength training sessions and some light cardio that you can do at home with dumbbells and exercise bands, its suitable for beginners and is a great place to start

The Home Programme can be combined with training at the Fit Shape gym

The workouts in the App replicate our gym based programme with some adaptations

The programme includes new strength and cardio fitness workouts every 2 - 4 weeks

You can check in the completed sessions and give us feedback on intensity

You can record your body composition, measurements, pictures directly into our App

You can message your coach anytime through our app

You can do these workouts at home when it suits you or join us live online in the gym

You can sync most fitness / health trackers (Apple watch, Fitbit,etc with our app)

Nutrition

You can track your nutrition using our App with the pictures only or the full feature

General guideline for fat reduction is approx 2000 calorie cap for men and 1500 calorie cap for women within the right training programme

If you want to reduce body fat and build maintain muscle we recommend you gradually introduce and maintain a small healthy calorie deficit

Community

You can share your journey with other Fit Shape members and share praise and motivation for all the wins, no matter how small, through our in-house app

Training sessions

There are a selection of on demand strength home workouts within your programme

You can also request that your coach prescribes your home workouts schedule. Record the weights used and the intensity in our App

  • Browse our upcoming events to find the one that feels right for you. We host events year-round in all different locations and climates.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
