Level : Intermediate / Advanced

Join us for an inclusive welcoming fun environment with friendly competition and polite banter with a great community of people of all ages and abilities

All exercises can be modified to suit your level of fitness although we do aim to achieve the official HYROX standards.

We base each event / drill on time as opposed to distance, for example 2 minutes of lunge walking followed by 4 minutes of cardio followed by 2 minutes of sled push etc

You can take as long as you need for breaks between drills / events and control your intensity and volume that way
